We’re a fast-growing agency with roots in video, photo, and radio production. Past clients include Amazon, Whole Foods, and Walmart. As we expand, we’re evolving into a full-service agency—offering branding, social media, print materials, apparel, and more. Our mission is to deliver incredible work while fostering a fun, flexible, and collaborative environment.
The Role
We’re looking for a talented Creative Director to join our team full-time. You’ll handle a variety of creative tasks, from building brand identities to designing marketing collateral for clients, including a legal software company and an events brand. The role also involves creating spec work to showcase our capabilities.
Experience in video or photo production is a big plus but not required. The most important thing is having an impressive portfolio, exceptional taste, and a desire to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction for branding, social media, and marketing materials (flyers, apparel, etc.).
- Develop brand identities, including logos and overall aesthetic vision.
- Collaborate on creative concepts for various client projects.
- Create spec work to demonstrate capabilities.
- Handle creative tasks independently with opportunities to grow into a leadership role.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.
- Proficiency in English.
- Impeccable taste, a strong work ethic, and a sense of humor.
- Kindness, honesty, and an ability to enjoy the work while delivering results.
- Experience in video or photo production is a plus but not required.
