Marketing & Multimedia Specialist

The Marketing & Multimedia Specialist is responsible for creating and developing content strategies, overseeing the company's social media presence, managing the company website, and creating engaging visual content. This role integrates content creation, multimedia design, and web management to support marketing efforts, enhance sales support, and supports internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for target audiences.
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, articles, and web pages.
  • Oversee and manage the company’s social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize all content for search engines, improving organic search rankings and driving traffic.
  • Maintain the company website, including content updates, layout changes, and performance monitoring. Ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Support Manager & sales team to identify key pain points of potential customers and create content that addresses those needs.
  • Create and edit visual content, such as graphics, infographics, and videos, to support marketing campaigns, sales presentations, and internal communications.
  • Maintain and ensure brand consistency across all content, visual elements, and website design, adhering to established brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and SEO best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices like color theory, typography, composition, and layout to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
  • Capability to develop innovative content and design solutions that align with marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of font pairing, spacing, and hierarchy to ensure text enhances the design and delivers a clear message.
  • Understanding of B2B content marketing strategies, including the creation of content that aligns with business goals, target audience, and brand voice.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, multimedia arts, or a related field required. 1 year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of education required.
  • Experience working with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), and web management platforms (e.g., WebFlow, Wordpress) required.
  • 2+ years’ experience in content creation, social media management, graphic design, or website management required. Preferably, such experience will be in supporting B2B social platforms like LinkedIn, focusing on industry trends, product features, and thought leadership preferred.

Covenant’s compensation philosophy’s intent is to use a competitive total compensation strategy to determine the current market value of a position while also considering individual factors such as performance in current position, time in seat of current position, experience, level of responsibility/accountability, and longevity with the company. The system will be objective and non-discriminatory.

  • Pay Range: $40,000.63-$62,120.37
  • Pay Grade: 6
