We are a performance marketing agency managing large advertising budgets for several direct-response brands. We specialize in a results-driven approach. We craft online campaigns that drive sales and deliver measurable results for our clients.
The agency spun out of a recently acquired DTC brand. Previously, we exited a digital marketing platform that was acquired by one of the largest banks in the world.
Job Description:
As a Marketing Designer, you will play a crucial role in our team, creating high-converting (and very scroll-stopping) visual content for Facebook Ads, putting together video ads, and assembling landing pages. You’ll work directly with the performance marketing team to ensure every asset is optimized for maximum conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Creation:
- Design eye-catching, scroll-stopping images and videos for Facebook ads that drive action.
- Landing Page Assembly:
- Assemble landing pages using a simple drag-and-drop editor, incorporating provided copy and designing visuals to enhance conversion potential.
- Creative Concept Development:
- Participate in brainstorming about concepts and creative approaches that resonate with target audiences.
- Performance Optimization:
- Regularly review performance feedback to refine visuals and landing pages for improved outcomes.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with copywriters and media buyers to ensure visual and landing page assets align with overall campaign goals.
Requirements - Must-Haves
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role focused on creating ad visuals, video ads, and landing page design for direct response marketing.
- Ad Design Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools, with a strong portfolio of high-performing digital ad content.
- Video Skills:
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere for creating high-performing ad videos.
- Analytical Mindset:
- Metrics-driven approach to design, using data to guide decisions and optimize creative performance.
- Adaptability:
- Able to shift styles to meet campaign needs and experiment with creative variations.
- Team Collaboration:
- Strong communicator and team player, capable of working closely with other creatives and marketing professionals.
- Strong Organizational Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements - Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with CRO:
- Understanding of how design elements impact conversion rates on landing pages.
- Experience with Drag-and-Drop Editors:
- Familiarity with landing page tools like Unbounce, or similar platforms.
