OVERVIEW
As the Marketing Graphics and Product Image Designer II, you’ll develop and optimize creative assets for product imagery, marketing, and ad creative. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in design tools to deliver high-quality content across channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ad Creative Development
- Design Meta platform assets using Canva for consistency; familiarity with Airtable preferred.
- Edit videos in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut to enhance storytelling.
- Review competitor ads in the Facebook Ads Library to stay updated on trends.
Email Creative Design + Support
- Create graphics for emails, inputting them into Klaviyo (training provided); Canva experience required.
- Develop templates for efficient email graphic creation.
- Monitor competitor emails (e.g., Milled.com) to ensure engaging designs.
- Collaborate with Email/SMS teams for A/B testing of graphics.
On-Site Graphics and Packaging
- Design website graphics (desktop/mobile hero banners) to enhance visual appeal.
- Create packaging assets (e.g., inserts, mailer bags) aligned with brand standards.
- Ensure assets align with brand identity and campaign goals.
Event Collateral Design
- Design event materials, including signage, flyers, and tradeshow posters, following brand guidelines.
Collaborative Campaign Development
- Brainstorm and develop multi-channel campaigns with marketing teams.
- Align visual assets with content calendars for timely execution.
Product Art Creation
- Develop or source art for graphic collections (licensed and non-licensed).
- Finalize production-ready art and upload to print warehouse systems.
Product Image Management
- Retouch product images, from minor edits to garment color adjustments.
- Format images for web, ensuring clarity and proper file naming.
- Prepare PSD files for production, using Photoshop plugins for efficiency.
Marketing Image Creation
- Create visuals for marketing channels, optimized for specific formats.
- Develop tailored images for multi-person or multi-team visuals with branded elements.
