The Role

We are looking for a talented, multi-disciplinary designer to own the design of consumer facing marketing creative in support of our prospective and existing credit card programs at Imprint. Imprint works collaboratively with our merchant partners to ensure the success of our credit card programs, including driving the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across acquisition and engagement. We tailor our marketing approach to adapt to the target customers for each program - this means identifying and executing creative assets and messaging that resonate best with our audiences in the channels that are most likely to reach them.

Your Day-to-Day

As a member of the Design Team, you will work collaboratively with both the Marketing and Product teams on variety of strategic campaign needs:

  • Own the design of marketing collateral that showcases the unique aspects of our card programs for our partner brands to drive conversion and engagement across channels including:
  • Digital assets: email newsletters, website banners ads, in-app banners and notifications, social media posts
  • Performance based assets: marketing landing pages, paid social campaigns, email promotions
  • Physical: In-store posters, mailers, fliers, postcards, signs
  • Brand collateral design and print production
  • Presentation templates
  • Translate concepts from creative briefs, brand guidelines and style guides into effective marketing collateral
  • Work cross-functionally, creating strong internal and external partnerships
  • Work with our Growth and Product teams to analyze campaign performance and optimize our marketing assets to align with what will perform best
  • Work with our Business Development team to support pitching, onboarding, and managing partnerships
  • Develop repeatable processes for creating and delivering work efficiently and at scale
  • Set an extremely high bar for the quality of design that Imprint provides to our partners and their customers
  • Follow QC proofing and compliance processes to ensure we only ship the highest quality
  • Shape Imprint’s own brand identity and positioning to align with our business strategy
  • Work with product-focused designers to push the design of our products forward, including visual design, IA, and UX

We Are Looking For Folks With

  • 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design & production experience
  • Excellent visual design skills, including color, typography, layout, and other foundational design principles
  • Ability to marry the written word with visual design to create powerful compelling messages, as well as an have understanding of brand narrative and storytelling
  • Deep knowledge and experience working within brand guidelines
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc
  • Experience with Webflow and understanding of basic web programming (HTML, CSS) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of web/mobile standards, responsive design, UX, email, digital ad campaigns & social networks
  • Ability to coordinate projects and work cross-functionally with our product, growth, compliance, and engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to balance speed with excellent quality of execution, understanding the right moments of check in and iteration at project stages
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities and ambiguous circumstances
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with familiarity or comfort working with minimal direction
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to create easily replicable and scalable process systems and hand-offs

Annual salary range: $120k - $150k and competitive equity package
