Mid/Sr Product designer [B2B]

Product Design Studio Remote Position

We are a boutique Product Design studio partnering with select B2B SaaS clients to design their products and scale design operations. We prioritize work-life balance, creativity, and independence, which is why this is a fully remote position. Our approach is anti-micromanagement, and we aim to minimize meetings whenever possible. Our primary goal is to deliver user-friendly, visually engaging, and functional designs for complex digital tools.

Role Description + Requirements

​

This is a full-time remote role for a mid/sr-level Product Designer with a 50/50 focus on UX and UI, leaning slightly towards UX. The role involves designing B2B SaaS interfaces, including dashboards, user flows, wireframes, tables, and workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong UX design skills: experience creating intuitive user journeys, efficient workflows, and logical information hierarchies for B2B SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Figma: you spend most of your design time in Figma and are familiar with advanced features and shortcuts.
• User experience design: ability to produce quick wireframes, detailed mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
• User Research experience: you know where to look and what to ask in order to better understand the why.
• UI design expertise: ensuring interfaces are functional, visually consistent, and aesthetically appealing for dashboards and other SaaS tools.
• Attention to detail in visual design: capable of creating polished layouts, icons, and navigation elements to enhance usability.
• Experience with complex systems: comfortable working on dashboards, tables, reporting tools, and data-heavy applications.
• Design System expertise: you know how to use and update existing design systems.
• High English language proficiency

Salary

Gross (before taxes): €3000–€6000/month, depending on experience. Quick salary increases for highly productive designers.
