Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce captivating motion graphics and animations using Lottie files or After Effects for digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, and promotional videos.
• Translate concepts and briefs into high-quality visual narratives that align with our brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create animated illustrations, character animations, and dynamic typography to enhance our digital presence.
• Use creative storytelling through motion design to effectively communicate complex messages in an engaging manner.
• Stay updated on motion design trends and incorporate innovative techniques to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a portfolio showcasing diverse animation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, LottieFiles, or similar animation software, along with foundational design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and character design.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Keen attention to detail, maintaining high-quality standards and brand consistency.

Nice to Have:

• Experience converting static images to SVG or Vector format for animation.
• Familiarity with motion design for social media and understanding of content performance across different channels.
• Experience using Figma with the Lottiefiles plugin.
• A Behance portfolio or similar showcasing personal and professional motion design projects.
