- CTC: ₹40,000 to ₹45,000 per month
Do you want to work in a "purposeful business" that is on a mission to help the world meet its needs sustainably considering the finite capacity of the planet? If yes, we are looking for a Motions Graphics Designer for a short period assignment. We are a boutique management consulting not-for-profit organisation (NPO) with a vision to help 10,000 organisations adopt a “sustainability” mind set with emphasis on resource efficiency and a linkage with a circular economy. So far, we have helped over 1000 organizations across 10 Asian countries!
Responsibilities
Your principal accountabilities will be to:
- Conceptualize and storyboard impactful visuals by conducting thorough research and understanding project objectives
- Create compelling vector illustrations and animations that communicate technical concepts in the sustainability domain to showcase company services, develop e-learning collateral, and more
- Align motion graphic projects with existing brand guidelines and project goals
- Create new visual languages where necessary
- Collaborate with a team of designers and sustainability consultants, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision
Requirements
Knowledge, skills, and key behaviours required for this role:
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a small but high-growth enterprise culture
- Outgoing with a positive can-do attitude and ability to take initiative
- Very good listening and comprehension skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with junior to senior level organization staff
- Strong sketching and visualization skills, with the ability to incorporate typography, visual effects, and wherever needed, sound and dialogues into videos
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Good organizational skills for effective handling and handover of all video assets including raw files
- A portfolio showcasing vector illustrations, motion graphic design work
Experience
Proven ability from past work experience:
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Additional Information
Having the following will be an advantage for this role but is not mandatory:
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
