About Us:

Aluna Beach Club, operating under the globally recognized Wyndham brand, is a luxury resort and real estate club in Santa Marta, Colombia. We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Graphic Designer to help elevate our brand through innovative visuals across various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations, for digital marketing, print, and social media campaigns.
• Create visually stunning assets for websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative concepts for social media, email marketing, and digital advertisements.
• Develop video content, motion graphics, and interactive media to enhance engagement.
• Manage brand identity by maintaining and updating brand guidelines as needed.
• Assist with email marketing efforts by designing engaging email templates and contributing to automation strategies.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multimedia Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and motion graphics tools.
• Experience with video editing, 3D modeling, and animation.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and email marketing platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and passion for design.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus.
