We are seeking a product design lead to join our Product team. As a product design lead, you will take care of the design for the generic solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an experienced designer, and a strong communicator who is passionate about building exceptional products.

Responsibilities:

</p>
<ul>

Lead design projects and ensure high-quality design outputs and maintain design standards.
</p>

<li>
<p>
Regularly review design performance data (qualitative and quantitative) to identify improvement opportunities.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Establish and refine design processes for efficiency and quality.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Oversee user research to inform design decisions and conduct research to validate and improve designs
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams a

Communicate design concepts and ensure alignment with technical constraints.
</p>

Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs.

Qualifications:
</strong>
</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>
Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Experience leading a team of product designers
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Experience in complex B2B products or environments
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and usability best practices.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Experience in working on complex software or digital products, preferably in the tech industry.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>
Bonus skill is previous experience with AI-based products or platforms
</p>
</li>
</ul>
