We are in search of a talented digital Product Designer II to become a valuable member of our Shared Services team based in North America.
Job Description
The Shared Services team focuses on crafting workflows that seamlessly integrate with our many Lightspeed products across Retail, Hospitality and Golf. Your primary focus will involve collaborating to create exceptional user experiences through a combination of user research, design, and prototyping. The goal is to craft workflows that seamlessly integrate with our many Lightspeed products, helping our merchants sign up, sell products and services, manage their money, and get paid.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and contribute to project work from a design perspective
- Leverage your growing UX knowledge
- Transform nebulous concepts into specific ideas
- Design systems, flows, and interfaces
- Apply the current design system
- Draw insights from research and data
- Build relationships and advocate for the user
- Support the UX process from conception to launch
What you need to bring
- A design-thinking education or equivalent
- At least 2 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience
- Experience with service design practices
- Proficiency in use of design systems
- Effective communication and visualization skills
