About the Role
As a member of our Product Design team at Datavant, you will be responsible for designing critical user experiences and internal tools for our Retrieval Operations team. This work focuses on ensuring the secure and compliant exchange of health information across various provider groups and enabling a seamless experience for our payer clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, testing, and prototyping
- Create intuitive interfaces for complex technical products
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal users to enhance product designs
- Own the end-to-end product design process
- Present ideas to diverse audiences and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in user research and design
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of information hierarchy and design patterns
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment
