Overview

The Quality Specialist monitors, reviews, and proposes measures to correct or improve the creative quality of Design Pickle’s customer requests. This role is a key opportunity to leverage your creative expertise and quality standards to make an immediate impact on Design Pickle’s customers and support the company's mission to be the most helpful creative platform in the world!

Scope of work

The Quality Specialist rigorously assesses creative output to ensure adherence to clients' quality control standards and surpasses client expectations regarding creative quality. 

  • Scrutinizes customers' requests efficiently to guarantee they adhere to the Design Pickle quality control standards.
  • Handle multiple revisions with speed and precision.
  • Expected to review an average of 50 requests within an 8-hour shift.
  • Examine customer’s concerns from a quality perspective.
  • Provide well-founded feedback to creatives on requests.
  • Utilize Design Pickle Platform functionalities correctly.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Specialist teammates.
  • Remain well-informed about the latest updates concerning the creative review process.
  • Generate weekly reports pinpointing areas for improvement.
  • Offer feedback to the Quality Coordinator.
  • Notify the Quality Coordinator about any abnormal system behavior.

Requirements

  • Proficient in reviewing designs and artworks.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and address quality issues.
  • Capacity to comprehend information effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of the creative industry.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Important Notice:

The Quality Specialist role is not a managerial or leadership position. You will not be overseeing a team of creatives. Instead, your primary focus will be conducting quality assurance and reviews on the work produced by others.
