In this role, you will be responsible for crafting captivating design elements across a wide range of event requirements, ensuring that each project reflects the values and standards of our corporate clientele.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts for various event elements including stages, photo ops, banners, posters, entrances, pathways, and event brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, event planners, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional designs that exceed expectations.
- Create visual mockups, mood boards, and presentations to showcase design concepts and gain approval from stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all design deliverables, maintaining the high standards of Planet Pro Events.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the events or related industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects with a focus on corporate events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual composition.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining creativity and quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
