We're searching for a Senior Art Director to join our Digital Marketing team. You'll join a team dedicated to our latest AOR win, a global tech and leading software company for creative professionals. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will create digital first data-driven work that supports print, digital, and social direct response channels while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Create conceptual yet performance metrics driven work such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our client.
- Develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.
- Partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.
- Apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work.
- Understand unique audiences and create content that is relevant to each.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies (e.g., DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, Modular Content Systems).
- Present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships.
Requirements:
- 3 years minimum Art Direction experience in creative advertising and performance creative.
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required.
- Experience working with the nuances and requirements of art directing creative for Digital Experiences, Direct Mail, Online Display, Email, and Paid Social including video.
- Only candidates in the New York City area will be considered as some in-office time is expected.
- Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods.
- Brand development experience.
Additional Information:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
