Our client, a well-known international agency, is looking for a passionate and energetic Senior Designer to join their Shanghai team. You will play a pivotal role in developing innovative designs grounded in strong creative and strategic foundations. Your ability to communicate effectively and inspire through creative leadership is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to create strategic designs that drive client success
- Inspire and lead teams with top-notch spatial design
- Integrate digital and consumer journey elements into your designs
- Solve design challenges with a strategic, consumer-focused approach
- Guide and mentor the 3D design team, maintaining high standards
- Effectively present and communicate designs internally
- Work closely with Account and Production management to deliver innovative solutions
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional exhibition and retail designs
- Ability to develop creative designs within realistic budgets
- Exceptional sketching, visualization, and communication skills
- Experience presenting to and working with clients to achieve brand solutions
- Professional conduct and respect for colleagues
- Proficiency in CAD and visualization software, with a strong understanding of Vectorworks
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Expertise in integrating spatial design with digital concepts
