          <p><strong>The Studio</strong></p>

<p>Boutique, established and multi-disciplined creative studio, in the East End of London. Specialising in producing brand and campaign work for the commercial property sector, to find a Senior Designer for their team.</p>

<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p>

<p>This person will have the opportunity to work across some high-profile projects for an international client base and deliver some first-class work.&nbsp; Working as part of a small but highly collaborative and talented team, you will be involved in all stages of a project including research, concept and idea generation, design delivery and roll out for both new and existing brands.&nbsp; We’re looking for someone who is confident designing across different disciplines and formats and can produce high-quality creative work within tight team deadlines.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<p>• Multi-media design solutions for print, signage, email, website, app and other digital applications</p>

<p>• Research, conceptualise, design, and produce outstanding creative for new and existing brands for both internal and external distribution</p>

<p>• Ensuring that creative assets across all channels are up to date and comply with client brand guidelines</p>

<p>• Maintain positive working relationships with external resources e.g. printers, sign makers, architects, agencies, etc.</p>

<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>A combination of strong conceptual and creative problem-solving abilities alongside faultless technical skills in Adobe applications for producing print-ready work.</li>

<li>Outstanding attention to detail in a deadline-driven studio.</li>

<li>A good understanding of digital channels and content creation.</li>

<li>A positive and collaborative attitude, someone who wants to be part of a team and contributes to the culture of the Studio</li>

<li>At least 5 years of industry experience</li>

<li>Ability to produce high-quality creative while working within tight deadlines</li>

<li>Print design: Creating print-ready artwork and liaising with external print resources</li>

<li>Digital design: Creating web/screen-optimised artwork for a variety of applications</li>

<li>A good understanding of various social media platforms and content creation</li>

<li>Experience working on a MAC platform, is an absolute must</li>

<li>Previous experience in the commercial or residential property sector is not essential, but is an advantage</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail, especially typographic and colour theory skills</li>

</ul>
