The Studio
Design and marketing agency in North London seeks a senior designer to compliment the current team and help set the tone for the creative direction of the agency. This studio works collaboratively with their clients to create, build and develop brands. Implementing the very best strategic and creative solutions to help them grow and prosper.
The Opportunity
This role would suit a people person with great leadership skills. Reporting into the MD you will be tasked with producing compelling ideas for campaigns and advertising. You will lead conceptually across projects and help to oversee a team of junior and middleweight designers. As this is a small studio you’ll be totally ‘hands on’ as a designer with a love of ‘the craft’ bringing excellent attention to detail and a process orientated approach. You’ll be used to taking on projects from scratch and have the ability to juggle a large workload and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated with a focus on design/communication or advertising.
- Experience managing junior/middleweight designers.
- Multidisciplinary design skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 7+ yrs experience working either for a creative agency as a designer or working for an inhouse creative studio.
- A flair for typography and layout design.
- Excellent skills across Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong team player
- A keen interest in design trends across all channels.
