Senior Designer Opportunity
Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company. Reporting to the Director of Design, a Senior Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping BILL’s visual identity and elevating our brand, by collaborating closely across BILL’s Marketing org to develop impactful work that delivers strong business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this position will:
- Act autonomously as a design lead throughout fast-paced creative workflows
- Interpret and contribute to strategic briefs
- Succinctly and professionally present work to senior leadership
- Maintain and share up-to-date expertise and best-practices
- Anticipate and propose solutions to avoid potential bottlenecks
- Manage personal career development, including defining and tracking quarterly goals
Qualifications
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 5+ years of visual design experience
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing a high standard for typography and visual design
- Strong conceptual abilities and a talent for storytelling
- Technical motion design skills would be advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of creative quality
The estimated salary range for this role is noted below:
San Jose pay range: $99,800 — $124,800 USD
