Reporting to the Director of Design, a Senior Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping BILL’s visual identity and elevating our brand, by collaborating closely across BILL’s Marketing org to develop impactful work that delivers strong business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include interfacing with internal business partners throughout various departments to:
- Act autonomously as a design lead throughout fast-paced creative workflows
- Interpret and contribute to strategic briefs
- Present work to senior leadership
- Share best practices and expertise
Desired Qualifications
We’d love to chat if you have:
- 5+ years of visual design experience in an in-house creative studio or agency
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a high standard for typography and visual design
- Strong conceptual abilities and a talent for storytelling
- Technical motion design skills would be advantageous
Competitive Compensation Package
The estimated base salary range for this role in our Draper, UT office is:
$84,900 — $106,100 USD
