Leap Communications Designer Position
Leap Communications, a creative agency just outside Atlanta, is looking for a talented Designer to join our team. We develop a wide range of marketing and communication solutions for our clients, including branding, advertising, promotional and collateral materials, sales and training tools, events, trade shows, and packaging.

You’re a highly creative, motivated designer with a passion for visual storytelling. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at juggling multiple projects, and collaborate well with others. You take pride in your work, manage your time effectively, and bring fresh, strategic thinking to every project.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
- BA or BFA in Graphic Design
Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional design experience
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with Keynote and PowerPoint
- Front-end development skills (CSS and HTML) is a plus
Design Expertise:
- Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent typography skills
- Thorough knowledge of printing processes and digital media
Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Skilled at handling multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Positive attitude and a passion for design
