Job Description:

The Graphic Design Lead will play a critical role in managing the creative direction of client projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch designs. This role requires an individual with 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, a passion for mentoring, and the ability to manage and grow a design team while maintaining high standards of creativity and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring smooth workflow and task management.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering their skill development and creativity.
• Take ownership of all design projects, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content, to develop creative strategies and concepts.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
• Conduct regular reviews of team output to maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a design team.
• High sense of ownership and the ability to take full responsibility for projects and team performance.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in project management and task delegation.
• Motion design or video editing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
