Role Overview:  

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on-site at our Nasr City office. You will play a pivotal role in creating and overseeing high-quality designs for social media posts, logos, print materials, and complete branding identities. In addition, you will supervise and mentor junior designers, ensuring they follow pre-set templates and maintain consistency across projects.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Design creative and impactful social media posts, logos, print materials, and branding identities tailored to B2B clients.
• Guide and supervise junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to pre-set templates for each account.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative designs that align with client objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to ensure high-quality outputs.

Requirements:  

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B-focused designs, including social media content, logos, and branding projects.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Nasr City, Cairo.
