    Roles and Responsibilities:

   </span>

    <br/>

   </span>

   <span>

    Develop and design creative content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online ads.

   </span>

      Create print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and packaging designs that align with our brand identity.

      Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual campaigns that resonate with the target audiences in the USA, EU, and beyond.

     </span>

    </p>

   </li>

   <li>

      Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all design outputs.

     </span>

     <br/>

    </p>

   </li>

   <li>

    <p>

     <span>

      Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and integrate them into our design processes.

     </span>

    </p>

   </li>

   <li>

    <p>

     <span>

      Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.

     </span>

     <br/>

    </p>

   </li>

   <li>

    <p>

      Work closely with other departments, including product development and sales, to support cross-functional initiatives with creative design solutions.

     </span>

     <br/>

    </p>

   </li>

   <li>

    <p>

     <span>

      Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity.

     </span>

    </p>

   </li>

  </ol>

    Qualifications:

   </span>

   <span>

    <br/>

   </span>

   <span>

    <br/>

   </span>

   <span>

    <br/>

   </span>

   <span>

    Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field

   </span>

   <span>

    is required.

   </span>

  </p>

  <p>

   <span>

    Proven experience

   </span>

   <span>

    (5-9 years) as a graphic designer, with

   </span>

   <span>

    a strong, modern design aesthetic in your portfolio of previous work.

   </span>

   <br/>

  </p>

  <p>

   <span>

    Expert-level proficiency

   </span>

   <span>

    in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with other design software and tools, such as Figma, or CorelDRAW, is highly desirable.

   </span>

  </p>

  <p>

   <span>

    Strong understanding of branding principles

   </span>

   <span>

    and how to maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.

   </span>

   <br/>

  </p>

  <p>

   <span>

    Knowledge of UX/UI principles

   </span>

   <span>

    is advantageous.

   </span>

  </p>

  <p>

   <span>

    Excellent visual design skills

   </span>

   <span>

    , sensitivity to user-system interaction, typography, color theory, and composition.

    Proven experience in managing multiple projects

    in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

    Experience working

    in Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus, though not mandatory.
