Job Opportunity: Creative Design Genius

Are you a creative genius in design field? We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas to Captain Fresh, across digital, social, print & packaging!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design creative content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online ads.
  • Create print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and packaging designs that align with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual campaigns that resonate with the target audiences in the USA, EU, and beyond.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all design outputs.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and integrate them into our design processes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
  • Work closely with other departments, including product development and sales, to support cross-functional initiatives with creative design solutions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience (5-9 years) as a graphic designer, with a strong, modern design aesthetic in your portfolio of previous work.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with other design software and tools, such as Figma, or CorelDRAW, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and how to maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles is advantageous.
  • Excellent visual design skills, sensitivity to user-system interaction, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus, though not mandatory.
