Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company. Reporting to the Director of Design, a Sr. Motion Designer is an integral part of the Marketing Brand & Creative team at BILL. They collaborate across the Marketing org to develop engaging and compelling motion-based campaigns and videos, which drive impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Work autonomously throughout fast-paced creative workflows
• Interpret strategic briefs and propose creative concepts
• Maintain and share up-to-date expertise for motion design
• Manage and iterate creative approaches for improved outputs

​

Professional Experience/Background

​

• At least six years of motion design experience
• Strong conceptual abilities and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative mindset

Salary and Benefits

​

The estimated base salary range for this role in Draper, UT is $84,900 - $106,100 USD and includes participation in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. We offer competitive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.
