Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company! Reporting to the Director of Design, a Sr. Motion Designer is an integral part of the Marketing Brand & Creative team at BILL. They collaborate across the Marketing org to develop engaging and compelling motion-based campaigns and videos, which drive impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work autonomously throughout fast-paced creative workflows
- Interpret strategic briefs and propose creative concepts
- Present creative work to senior leadership
- Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
- Manage and strategically iterate creative approaches
Professional Experience/Background
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least six years of motion design experience
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing motion design skills
- Strong conceptual abilities and storytelling talent
- Exceptional communication skills
Salary Ranges
Salary ranges vary based on experience, expertise, and geographic location.
- Zone 1: $99,800 - $124,800 USD
- Zone 2: $89,900 - $112,300 USD
- Zone 3: $84,900 - $106,100 USD
