Responsibilities:

Design and Animation:

  • Create high-quality graphics and animations for various social media platforms (e.g. FacebookInstagramTikTok).
  • Develop visual content for social media campaigns, including static images, motion graphics, and video content.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency and quality across all visual outputs.
  • Transform abstract concepts and information into visually appealing and clear designs.

Social Media Expertise:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices globally and apply these trends to their content.
  • Develop original, innovative designs and animations for social media platforms, including images, videos, and GIFs that align with the brand’s voice and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to conceptualize and execute social media campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of social media content and refine creative strategies accordingly.

Mastering Design Software:

  • Master and utilize design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoshopIllustratorAfter EffectsPremiere Pro).
  • Experiment with new tools and technologies that can enhance the visual impact of social media content.
  • Optimize multimedia content for different social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) considering their unique specifications and best practices.

Teamwork and Learning and Development:

  • Supervise and mentor junior designers and interns, providing guidance and feedback on their designs.
  • Attend workshops and webinars to enhance skills and maintain a competitive edge in multimedia design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in graphic design and animation within an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with 3D animation software.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both static and motion graphics, ideally with examples from social media campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
