Senior Product Designer

Your mission

​

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for crafting solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products.  

As a core member of the design team, you will work with other designers and cross-functional team members, and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Your responsibilities

​

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with UX researchers, product managers and engineers.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create, improve and execute all interface design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Help expand and maintain the Aware design system.
• Work with other designers to implement attractive, user-centric interfaces.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
• Present and defend your design decisions, which should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles.
• Promote a user-centric culture company-wide.

Your profile

​

• 5+ years of experience as a product or UX/UI designer.
• Experience in working with agile teams and sprint set-ups.
• Strong portfolio with relevant work and ability to showcase it and present it.
• Your design process follows a human-centric approach and you apply both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to validate your solutions.
• Excellent UI skills.
• Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
