  As a Senior UI/UX Designer at O3 Interfaces, you will play a critical role in shaping user experiences across our digital products. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, translating complex requirements into intuitive interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, engaging user experiences. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our designs meet both user needs and business goals, consistently enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our solutions.

   Key Responsibilities

  </strong>

 <ul>

  <li>

   Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

  </li>

  <li>

   Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflows to create actionable insights that drive the design process.

  </li>

  <li>

   Analyze user feedback and data to continuously optimize the user experience across platforms.

  </li>

  <li>

   Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for digital products.

  </li>

  <li>

   Ensure all designs are visually engaging, intuitive, and aligned with brand guidelines.

  </li>

  <li>

   Use prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to demonstrate user flows, animations, and interactions.

  </li>

  <li>

   Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment on user experience goals.

  </li>

  <li>

   Communicate design rationale clearly, presenting ideas and prototypes to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and validation.

  </li>

  <li>

   Act as a bridge between design and development to ensure a smooth handoff and implementation.

  </li>

  <li>

   Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring design consistency and scalability across products.

  </li>

  <li>

   Identify and standardize UI components and patterns, promoting reusability and reducing design and development time.

  </li>

  <li>

   Collaborate with developers to ensure components are feasible and function as intended across devices and platforms.

  </li>

  <li>

   Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers on best practices, tools, and professional development.

  </li>

  <li>

   Lead design critique sessions to help team members enhance their design skills and meet project standards.

  </li>

  <li>

   Encourage a collaborative team environment and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  </li>

  <li>

   Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and methodologies.

  </li>

  <li>

   Advocate for new design solutions that improve user experience and keep the product competitive.

  </li>

  <li>

   Experiment with new interaction models and features, incorporating them into the design process as appropriate.

  </li>

   Qualifications

  </strong>

   Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  </li>

  <li>

   3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.

  </li>

  <li>

   Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

  </li>

  <li>

   Strong knowledge of user research methods and UX best practices.

  </li>

  <li>

   Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

  </li>

  <li>

   Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

  </li>

  <li>

   Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.

  </li>

  <li>

   Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and user experience.

  </li>

  <li>

   A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
