Job Purpose

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, your focus is on making our platform more human, effective and fun. You’ll also help drive a big rebranding effort as we expand our product offerings beyond legal forms. As a key contributor to our team, you will have an outsized impact and be able to see your contribution from day one.

Responsibilities

• Using your expertise of how humans behavior is influenced by design, you’ll deliver conversion rate improvements by implementing a new UI/UX strategy, introducing design changes and applying UX theory to optimize our entire site - from landing pages, to in-app dashboards and feature workflows, all the way to pricing and checkout.
• Collaborate with the team to develop sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
• Work with external design agencies to augment the company’s design practice.
• Assist in evolving the brand and visual application to all aspects of the company (Marketing, Landing Pages, etc)
• Continually keep yourself updated with the latest changes to industry standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at a design agency or internet company.
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS desktop/mobile web design.
• Exceptional UI and UX skills, with a greater emphasis on UX.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Figma, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and Framer.
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Understanding of UX design best practices, including mobile-first and responsive design.
• Fluency in written and spoken English
