Success Criteria
First 90-Days
- You've taken one of our long form direct response funnel & do a complete redesign overhaul based on the styling of the brands listed above. Link to original: Click Here
- You've tweaked the new design you created until you beat the conversion rate of the original.
- You've taken your winning design and apply it to all of our funnels & Shopify PDPs
- You've leveraged the brand guidelines & design system of our rebrand from the World Class Design Agency we're going to work with (currently in progress) and use this to redesign our marketing funnels & post purchase content
- You've worked hand-in-hand with our Expert CRO manager and have enhanced our best-selling pages to convert more sales!
1 Year
- You've taken several UX/UI courses & have successfully identified and solved several customers journeys that give our customers a better experience on our website.
- You've successfully A/B tested our Quiz funnel and our conversion rate has increased by 30% because of your visually stimulating approach
- Your work has inspired over 100,000 new members to join My Derma Dream - and from our website, to emails, to manuals, and more all have that same consistent premium & app like feel to them.
- Your relentless AB testing & design optimizations have allowed 4 new hero products to be launched with cohesive user journeys from PDP to Post Purchase Material.
- You've learned the hacks & tricks from expert CMO, CRO & Media Buyers on our team who've made millions in sales across a multitude of industries.
- You have repeatedly identified the most frictionless UI/UX of the buyer journey for a multitude of our marketing channels (Amazon, TikTok, Facebook, Google, YouTube, Influencer, SEO & AppLovin')

Requirements
- You need to have built a swipe file of high converting UX/UI e-commerce designs.
- 5 years on Figma
- Senior UI/UX Designer
- Have launched at least 10 test for CRO (conversion rate optimization)
- User Journey Mapping
