About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to create exceptional learning experiences for our users. You'll be involved in the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing. You'll champion user-centered design and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring your designs to life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Apply UX laws and principles to create intuitive and engaging user flows and wireframes.
• Design high-fidelity prototypes and collaborate with UI designers to ensure a cohesive visual experience.
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all design decisions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in mobile app design.
• Deep understanding of UX laws, principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Passion for creating innovative and user-friendly learning experiences.

• Experience with e-learning or edtech products.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience designing for accessibility.
