Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in developing and refining our comprehensive design system, ensuring a seamless and effective user experience across all digital platforms. This role demands a creative thinker with a strong understanding of both user experience and visual design principles.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective UI/UX solutions for complex workflows.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.

Requirements:

• Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in standard UX software such as Figma, or similar.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Animation skills are a plus, providing a valuable asset to our team’s capabilities.

Work Hours:

Full-time position, 8 hours per day, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
