A people centred design agency is looking for a Senior Wayfinding Designer to join their team for a maternity cover.

​

The facts:

You’ve found your niche in wayfinding design and have a portfolio full of projects that showcase this. You’ve likely worked with organisations such as museums and galleries, services such as train stations, airports, schemes for residential developments, office signage systems or any other environments where people need to find their way around.

​

You’re passionate about people, access, and inclusion – you design with everyone in mind. But your skills don’t stop at design, you’re great at understanding the scope of a project, planning it (including budgeting), strategizing, managing clients, and overseeing the work in the studio. You’ll be a proven leader in this sector and will enjoy managing a team to produce great work.

​

You’ll be:

• Producing, supervising, and delivering design systems, guidelines, drawings, and specifications at the conceptual, tender, and construction stages.
• Working with the marketing team to create marketing collateral, assets, and content to promote the agency’s wayfinding work.
• Involved in the generation of bids and tender documents.
• Joining a friendly, professional, and committed team.

You’ll have:

• A passion for creating design systems.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• A great understanding of materiality.
• 10+ years of experience, mostly within wayfinding.
