You’ll report to the head of marketing and work on our multiple web properties, sales collateral, digital ads, and social content across our entire product portfolio.

What You’ll Do

​

• Design Our Web Presence: We own the design and update our marketing websites and landing pages. We make sure they are as active as the leagues, sports, and brands we support.

• Elevate Digital Creative: Develop engaging digital assets, including landing pages, banners, videos, playbooks, and email templates, that make our brand unforgettable.

• Build Our Brand: we're just getting started, and building a long-term brand is key to our success.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and an unbeatable user experience.

You Have

​

• Experience: 5+ years of web design and/or graphic design experience, ideally in a startup or small company environment working on websites, landing pages, social media, digital ads, and marketing materials.

• B2B Expertise: Bonus points if you’ve worked with software companies and understand the nuances of B2B lead generation.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow (bonus) and user design principles.

• Strategic Thinking: You’re not just about aesthetics—you design with purpose, driving user engagement and conversions.

• Team Spirit: You're a team player, collaborative, and also have the discipline to get things done (not an ideal position for perfectionists).
