Job Opportunity: Creative/Designer Position at POCKLA

We’re looking for a talented creative/designer to join us. We are open to the level of experience depending on capability, eye for design, and fit for the role. This could mean you’re an exceptional arts or design graduate or junior to senior creative/designer looking for new growth opportunities.

Along with a sharp eye for graphics and creative, you’ll be genuinely interested in social media, on top of subcultures, memes, trends, and what the best creators are up to on socials.

Who You Are

  • Exceptional designer, with a keen eye for detail and passion for art, branding, and storytelling
  • Positive and proactive, working well in team environments
  • Highly adaptable to change and working in unstructured environments
  • Strong work ethic and desire to continuously learn new skills

Your Skills

  • Strong creative abilities, including videography/photography, design, and graphic design
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Lightroom) and video editing software
  • Proficiency in social media tools like Capcut and Meta Business Suite are a plus
  • Understanding of social media platforms, advertising, and marketing strategies
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, generate insight-driven reports, and optimize content accordingly

Responsibilities

Design & Content Creation

  • Develop and produce visual content (graphics, photos, videos) for social media platforms for our customers
  • Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, email templates, posters, and advertisements

Social Media Management

  • Manage and monitor POCKLA's social media accounts with the team’s input/support
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach

More Information

  • Hybrid role, based in London (Central/East London) & remote
  • Available full-time or pro-rata 4/5 days p.w.
  • Competitive salary (£28-40k depending on experience) with the potential for share options after 12 months
