Are you a talented 3D visual designer with a passion for creating bold, dynamic, and engaging 3D artwork? We’re looking for a Spline 3D Visual Designer to expand our design team and help bring our brand to life through 3D.

About Radom

At Radom, we’re revolutionizing how crypto payments are processed and managed. Our platform offers a suite of products, including crypto checkout, payment links, invoicing, donation tools, and presale widgets. We help businesses and individuals seamlessly integrate cryptocurrency into their payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and generate high-quality 3D artwork using Spline and existing 3D assets.
• Create material libraries and new matcaps to enhance design consistency.
• Design 3D visuals for our website and social media channels.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and goals.
• Maintain a keen sense of composition, layout, and motion in all deliverables.

Requirements

• Highly proficient in Splinetool with a strong portfolio of Spline-based work.
• Expertise in motion design with a clear understanding of movement and storytelling.
• Experience creating and managing material libraries and matcaps.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for collaborative design processes.
• Keen eye for composition, layout, and design principles.
• Familiarity with Webflow is a plus but not required.
