Key Responsibilities

• Design and Creation: Develop engaging and professional broadcast graphics, overlays, and animations that enhance live sports coverage.
• Brand Integration: Work with clients to create custom-branded broadcast themes, ensuring brand consistency and unique visual identities.
• Innovation: Collaborate with product and technology teams to design data-driven, automated graphics that integrate live stats, scores, and sponsorship elements.
• Collaboration: Partner with producers, editors, and developers to ensure seamless integration of graphics into live productions and highlight packages.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot design and production challenges in fast-paced live broadcast environments.
• Content Management: Organize and manage graphic assets, templates, and style guides for efficient production workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in broadcast design, preferably in sports production or live event broadcasting.
• Required: Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and design tools such as (e.g., Spline, Blender, Rive app, etc).
• Ideally strong understanding of live broadcast workflows, including real-time graphics systems (e.g., Vizrt, Chyron, Ross Xpression).
• Familiarity with sports data systems and integration (e.g., Opta, Sportradar, Genius Sports) is a plus.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
