Job Title: Graphic Designer (Contractor role) ADVANCED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (C1)

• Hours: 9 am-6ish (Mexico time)
• Job Location: Mexico Preferred, agnostic
• On-Site Required: remote - but we have virtual office hours every Thursday to catch up over a coffee
• Salary: 1000 USD

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a highly creative and proactive Graphic Designer who is eager to take on new challenges, pro at Figma, Photoshop and contribute significantly to our growth. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and the ability to translate complex concepts into perfect design.

Requirements:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital materials, including social media posts, newsletters, website graphics, and more
• A portfolio that reflects creativity and user focus
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop concepts that communicate our message and resonate with our audience
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
• Stay updated on design trends and adapt designs to suit different platforms and audience segments
• Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand guidelines for consistency across materials
• Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of design tools, especially Figma and Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines
• Personality: A sense of humor – we try to never be too serious

• LinkedIn post design
• Linkedin company page design
• Internal documentation visual design e.g. Notion
• Newsletter design
• YouTube & LinkedIn thumbnails and other design
• Photography editing
