Workplace Team Sr. Project Analyst

Our Workplace team is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Sr. Project Analyst to support our Design and Build Team. This role will be responsible for managing and analyzing the financial aspects of design and construction projects for the Design and Build Team. This role involves developing and monitoring project budgets, forecasting financial performance, and generating detailed reports on project costs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to monitor and evaluate project costs, budgets and spending
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project financial objectives are met
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all procurement, invoicing, and budgeting for projects

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of experience in an analyst or project/program management role supporting construction projects

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Finance experience with construction projects
  • Understanding of finance and accounting practices for construction project accruals, capitalization, and forecasting
  • Strong system skills and an aptitude to learn new systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Diligent with extreme attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work with little supervision
  • Experience with the procure to pay process including reviewing and analyzing contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
