About the Position

​

We are a collaborative, remote-first team that is driven, highly skilled, biased for action, and humble. We are looking for an experienced Staff Product Designer to join our team at a critical juncture to redesign our customer facing communications via email and SMS.

​

Responsibilities

​

• Lead the design of end-to-end growth UX initiatives
• Design scalable systems, experiences, and frameworks with a focus on clarity, performance, high craft and visual luster
• Author detailed documentation for the Affirm Communications Design System
• Partner closely with various teams to execute delightful user experiences

​

Requirements

​

• 7+ years of experience in communications, growth strategy, user experience, communications design, or product-focused roles
• Hands-on experience in designing components and contributing to the development of design systems
• High level proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Contentful, SFMC

​

Nice to Haves

​

• UX writing experience
• Experience with consumer finance and/or payments
