Join Our Team: B2B Staff Product Designer Position
We are seeking a B2B Staff Product Designer to join our Product Platform team. In this role, you'll focus on designing intuitive and scalable platform-wide features, such as collaboration tools (comments, tasks, ownership), notifications, access management, and billing. These features are essential for providing consistent experiences across our Vanta products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in crafting high-impact B2B SaaS features with a consumer-grade level of quality, delivering substantial value to customers. You thrive in complex and ambiguous environments, taking the lead in shaping strategies to enhance and streamline customer experiences. Your experience includes translating customer needs and technical challenges into successful business outcomes through effective collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.

What to Expect as a Staff Product Designer at Vanta
- Lead design initiatives and oversee the design and execution of key shared components and features.
- Inform feature strategy through customer research.
- Collaborate with product teams to promote design initiatives.
- Foster collaboration with design peers.
- Develop frameworks and guidelines to support design decisions.
- Contribute to the design system.

- 8-10+ years of experience in delivering high-impact B2B SaaS product features.
- Proven success in creating high-quality solutions.
- Expert in leading discovery and using customer insights.
- Skilled in managing complex design projects.
- Strong track record of working with various teams.

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. The salary or OTE range for this position is $207,000 - $244,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
