Your role will be central to ensuring that every touchpoint of Fibr.ai—from our website to social media to branding—delivers an exceptional visual experience. While a good understanding of UX is a plus, this role is all about crafting stunning designs that captivate and inspire.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Identity Creation: Own and evolve Fibr.ai’s visual identity across digital and physical platforms, ensuring a cohesive and striking brand presence.
• Website Design: Create visually stunning interfaces for Fibr.ai's website and other web properties, focusing on aesthetic excellence.
• Marketing Design: Craft eye-catching assets for social media, email campaigns, ads, and other marketing initiatives.
• Creative Leadership: Lead the visual direction for campaigns and projects, ensuring all outputs are polished and on-brand.
• Trend Integration: Stay updated on design and UI trends, and apply them to keep Fibr.ai's visuals cutting-edge.

Qualifications

​

• Design Mastery: Proficient in tools like Framer, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite with a strong portfolio of UI and visual design work.
• Experience: 1+ years in visual/UI design, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
• Creative Vision: A sharp aesthetic sense and the ability to translate brand strategy into captivating visuals.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Hands-on experience with Framer.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools.
