Job Opportunity: UI Developer at Data and AI Consulting Firm

Preferred Based Location: Atlanta & San Jose

Contract Details

• Contract Length: 6 months initial
• Mainly home-based with occasional travel to client site (Paid by client)
• Work hours: 8 hours per day
• Start Date: November

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Utilize no-code platforms for interface design and development
• Implement design systems and reusable components
• Collaborate with backend developers for integration
• Optimize designs for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX-related issues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Deliver quality work products on time
• Communicate proactively and attend meetings regularly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design and development leading practices
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and big data technologies
• Familiarity with version control systems and software development practices
• Understanding of Data Ethics and Privacy
• Adaptability to new technologies
• Critical thinking and project management skills
