Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, conducting user research, and working closely with product teams to improve the usability and overall experience of our digital products. You will play a key role in translating business goals and user needs into effective digital experiences.

What You Will Be Doing:

​

User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research using various methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing, A/B testing). Create user personas, journey maps, and process flows to understand user interaction and experience.

UI/UX Design Evaluation: Evaluate the current UI/UX design for web and mobile applications to ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency. Analyze product designs to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals. Collaborate with designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface elements.

Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyze UX metrics (e.g., user engagement, task completion rates, time on task) to measure the success of design solutions. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve UI/UX performance.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure seamless integration of user-centered design principles into product development.

Trend Analysis & Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies. Promote best practices in UI/UX design and usability testing.
