UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Produce visual design (layout, UI, graphic) based on requirement provided by product owners and/or wireframe.
• Incorporate feedback from product owners and interpret that feedback into design solution.
• Produce UI/UX guidelines and ensure adherence to UI/UX guidelines across projects.
• Clearly communicate and explain design decisions to many stakeholders, focusing on production owners.
• Track daily progress and communicate changes (and their impact) to management team, follow agile methodologies.
• Work closely with front-end development teams, ensuring that the outcome is of high quality from UI/UX perspective.
• To be part of project teams, delivering on-time and collaborating effectively with team-mates.
• Constantly learn the latest design, technology, and UI/UX techniques.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Being creative and proactive
• An appreciation of the importance of the smallest details
• Mastery of core design concepts (composition & layout, color theory, typography, etc).
• Ability to collaborate and take input from others and learn quickly.
• Understand the technical feasibilities and constraints.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma
• Guidelines and documentation must be in English.
• Proven communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

Experience Required

​

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with user interface and visual design patterns.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
