Your role

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating wireframes, user flows, and low to high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch, including conducting competitive research.
2. Working closely with founders and other stakeholders to ensure that the design is implemented correctly, attending design review meetings, providing design specifications, and participating in daily stand-ups.
3. Designing user interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience by working on visual design elements such as icons, buttons, and layout structures for the platform.
4. Maintaining style guides and ensuring that all design elements are consistent and reusable across different parts of the platform.

Other requirements

1. Being in Bangalore will be a bonus. We were a remote team, but we like to meet sometimes for workshops. Not mandatory though.
2. High work ethics and discipline. This is a must. We dont micromanage and expect the candidates to be proactive.
3. Any experience in UX for B2B web app will be a bonus.
