Job description

We're seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with strong front-end development skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing user-centered interfaces for websites and applications, bridging the gap between design and development. You'll be responsible for the entire design process, from user research to prototyping and implementation, working closely with developers to ensure a seamless transition from design to code.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other user research deliverables.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Translate designs into clean, well-structured HTML, CSS, and React components.
• Implement designs using Bootstrap 4, Chakra UI, and Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
• Present design work to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

Qualifications

​

• At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with proven front-end development skills.
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design projects and front-end implementation.
• Proficiency in Figma and at least one other design tool (Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React experience is a must).
• Experience with Bootstrap 4, Chakra UI, and/or Tailwind CSS.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
