Job Description
- Lead end-to-end design processes for new websites and improve existing web properties
- Develop comprehensive UI/UX strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create intuitive, engaging user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience
- Write compelling copy that enhances user engagement and drives conversion
- Manage multiple web projects simultaneously, setting timelines and maintaining deadlines
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and present design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Keen interest in learning about new technologies and tools.
Requirements
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for websites using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Create user-centric designs by producing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure accessibility across various devices.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve design processes and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure a cohesive and consistent design approach.
- Ensure designs meet usability and accessibility standards.
- Keen interest in learning about new technologies and tools.
- Knowledge about 3D animation is a plus.
