Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end design processes for new websites and improve existing web properties
  • Develop comprehensive UI/UX strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Create intuitive, engaging user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience
  • Write compelling copy that enhances user engagement and drives conversion
  • Manage multiple web projects simultaneously, setting timelines and maintaining deadlines
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and present design solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Keen interest in learning about new technologies and tools.

Requirements

  • Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for websites using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Create user-centric designs by producing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure accessibility across various devices.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve design processes and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure a cohesive and consistent design approach.
  • Ensure designs meet usability and accessibility standards.
  • Keen interest in learning about new technologies and tools.
  • Knowledge about 3D animation is a plus.
