• Proven experience in UI/UX design, ideally within the tech industry or focused on Microsoft technologies.
• Mastery in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or other leading software.
• A compelling portfolio that showcases a diverse range of design projects, highlighting both UI and UX expertise.
• Strong grasp of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to various stakeholders.
